You must provide accurate information when registering, and you're responsible for keeping your login credentials, passkeys, and two-factor methods secure. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction to create an account.

You're responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Funds added to your wallet are processed securely through Flutterwave we never see or store your card details. Wallet funds are used to pay for orders placed through the platform and are non-refundable except as described in Section 3 or where required by law.

We fulfill orders through third-party service providers. Delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees. If a provider fails to deliver an order you paid for, the charge is automatically refunded to your wallet — you're never charged for an order that wasn't completed.

Results from social media growth services depend in part on the target platform's own systems and policies, which we don't control. We don't guarantee specific engagement outcomes, follower retention, or ranking effects.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including fraud or impersonation
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or account verification
• Resell or redistribute access to your account without authorization
• Submit links or content to a service order that you don't have the right to promote

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Airtime and data top-ups are fulfilled through third-party telecom resellers. Double-check the phone number and network before confirming — completed top-ups to an incorrect number can't be reversed once delivered.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings (OTP-confirmed). This removes your profile and sign-in credentials. Order and transaction records are retained for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes even after deletion.

The platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms as a result of services you ordered.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
